Spent several years working in finance before she decided to leave it all and pursue her passion -- writing. She enjoys writing about food, health, and travel. She is working on a YA-fantasy manuscript and hopes to be a published book author in the near future. When Virginia isn’t writing (which is not often!), she likes to go on long walks and spend as much time in nature as possible.
