Bernadette is a regular character in the series, and while she is aggressive, intimidating, and often manipulative, she occasionally shows a more caring side. Melissa’s role as Bernadette is undoubtedly her most popular character to date. Since she began playing Bernadette, Melissa has taken on roles as Summer in True Blood and Daisy Cake in Wright vs. Wrong. She has also voiced characters in Sofia the First, Star vs. the Forces of Evil, Marvel’s Ant-Man, and Blaze and the Monster Machines. She also starred as Hope Annabelle Gregory in The Bronze in 2015 – a film which she helped to create, acting as a co-writer and co-producer.
