Kobe And Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation
Kobe and his wife Vanessa started the Kobe and Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation (KVBFF), whose goals aimed towards: “helping young people in need, encouraging the development of physical and social skills through sports and assisting the homeless.” Kobe said that this foundation (and his other philanthropy) was important to him because he wanted more out of life than just a successful basketball career.
More Philanthropy
In November 2010, Kobe Bryant and Zach Braff made an appearance at the Call of Duty: Black Ops launch in order to present the $1 million check for the Call of Duty Endowment, which is a nonprofit founded by Activision that helps veterans transition smoothly back into civilian life, including career help, after ending military service.
