Most people don’t know that “pit bull” doesn’t refer to a single breed of dog. It’s an umbrella term for many breeds falling into the same category. This includes the Bull Terrier, English Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier.
