You can guess what came next – Paul Sr. took advantage of the loophole, and took over the company. He even attempted to push his son out, which Paul Jr. didn’t take lying down. To coerce his son into leaving, Paul Sr. sued him for $1 million dollars… holy cow. In the end though, Paul Jr. won out – legally, at least.

The lawsuit was over, but the problems remained. Although Paul Jr. won the legal battle, after talking with his father, the pair decided they couldn’t continue working together and being a family – so Paul Jr. left.
